Bringing Our Heritage to Life
Founded in 2017, 5 Elementos started as a small West Hollywood restaurant, where we first introduced our fan-favorite Chipotle Taco. In 2019, we expanded our business into a food truck and have been rapidly growing ever since. As a Hispanic-owned business, we take pride in creating dishes that bring our heritage to life while incorporating modern culture in Los Angeles.

Our Mission
Themed as So-Cal Modern Mexican Cuisine, we differentiate by using the freshest ingredients to create dishes that set us apart from other Mexican restaurants. All menu options begin as appealing "vegan first" dishes, which can be upgraded with a choice of healthy animal or vegan proteins. Our goal is to make healthier Mexican food accessible to our communities as our menu allows us to accommodate a variety of dietary preferences including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and keto.

Jeries and his staff are amazing. That's really all I can say. He puts his everything into what he makes and you can tell the moment you take a bite into anything he prepares. My go to is always the Chipotle Tacos with chicken added. So much flavor and the perfect portion of everything. Today I tried the Fiesta Bowl because I like it spicy and wanted something different. It's worth a visit or 2, 3 and 4. The quality of food is still superb.
