Elementos started in West Hollywood in 2017 with a simple idea: make great Mexican food using fresh ingredients and bold flavors.
What began as a neighborhood restaurant has grown into a food truck and catering business serving customers and events throughout Los Angeles.
No matter where we serve you, the goal is still the same. Make food people want to come back for.

Jeries and his staff are amazing. That's really all I can say. He puts his everything into what he makes and you can tell the moment you take a bite into anything he prepares. My go to is always the Chipotle Tacos with chicken added. So much flavor and the perfect portion of everything. Today I tried the Fiesta Bowl because I like it spicy and wanted something different. It's worth a visit or 2, 3 and 4. The quality of food is still superb.
